All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post

Typically, orders placed before 9am will be dispatched that day however dispatch time can be anywhere between 1-3 business days.


ON DEMAND SHIPPING - SYDNEY METRO AREAS

We can't stand to be apart from you for another day. For those last minute event fixes, or desperate for a wardrobe update, we’re excited to introduce same day shipping to those in the Sydney metro area for a flat rate of $16.95. 

To receive your delivery between 1-6pm, cut-off is at 10am.

Any orders placed over the weekend, and after our cut-off time are guaranteed to be shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday). Please understand that cut-off times are strict to ensure that delivery is seamless and stress-free!

*Please note On Demand delivery does not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If your order is for a PO Box or Parcel Locker we will hold your order and contact you for an updated address. This service is a signature on delivery service, please ensure yourself or someone at your residence is at home to receive the parcel. 

Please Note, Same Day couriers may be delivering outside the designated time frame, please allow for extra time.

AUSTRALIA POST COLLECT

What is Australia Post Collect?
Australia Post Collect is a network of local delivery, pick-up locations with Australia Post Parcel collection points - available all day, all around Australia.

How it works -
Simply find and select an Australia Post Collect location as your delivery address at checkout. Get your items delivered and then collect them anytime of day. Customers sending parcels to Parcel Lockers or Post Office locations will receive an email notification when their parcel is ready for collection. A mobile number is also required as the first point of identification to access the Parcel Lockers.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office

-       Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show

This service requires a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping (Any order notes that advise authority to leave the parcel without a signature unfortunately will be disregarded as we only send our parcels with a signature required on delivery)

- You are welcome to leave order notes to ask to have your parcel delivered to reception but we suggest you add this into your shipping address as we cannot add these notes when dispatching orders via our E-parcel system.

- Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.
