This service requires a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping (Any order notes that advise authority to leave the parcel without a signature unfortunately will be disregarded as we only send our parcels with a signature required on delivery)
-       Orders placed before 9AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) each business day are generally packed and sent the same day, but please call if you require urgent dispatch.
- You are welcome to leave order notes to ask to have your parcel delivered to reception but we suggest you add this into your shipping address as we cannot add these notes when dispatching orders via our E-parcel system.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery
company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations. 

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details
-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office
-       Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show

-       All international orders are sent an express service using either DHL Express Shipping.
-       Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Runaway the Label is NOT responsible for covering these costs.   Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
-       Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.

Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. Runaway The Label do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. Runaway The Label cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on Runaway The Label they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order. 

If you refuse any shipments from Runaway The Label, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on Runaway The Label, are are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing your shipment, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including your original shipping amount.

-       Express Shipping means you should receive your parcel within 2 - 5* business days of shipping your order
-       Customers in more Rural Areas can take 3 - 7 business days

DHL have the parcels sent back to a depot while AUSPOST has the parcel sent to a local post office. Your tracking informational will have updates of your parcel location if you are not home to sign for the parcel. 

-       Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item will be dispatched once that item becomes available in our warehouse
-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page
-       Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website
-       Items purchased on pre order can only be cancelled for a store credit

Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.
Please submit your return request within 30 days of dispatch of your order. 
We do not accept returns on the following: 
- Final Sale items (this excludes full priced items purchased using a discount code)
- Swimwear or Bodysuits (Hygiene Reasons)
- Earrings 
All products must be returned in the following condition 
- Unworn 
- Tags attached 
- In original packaging 
- Without perfume or deodorant smells 
- Without makeup or fake tan marks 
If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. 
Runaway The Label reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit and in most cases, your return will be sent back to you or in the rare circumstance you will incur a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your store credit. This includes garments that have any traces of perfume/deodorant/laundry detergent etc 


STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN - Including International Returns 
 1.    Go to REQUEST A RETURN found at the bottom of our website 
 2.     Enter your order number and email address
 3.     Select the items you wish to return and press next
 4.     Choose a return reason and press next
5.     Select the refund method as store credit and confirm
 6.     Your Return Request will be sent to head office for approval
 7.     Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your garment/s back to us via email
 7.      You have 14 days from the date of authorisation to return your garments back to our office. 
Please note Runaway the Label do NOT cover the cost of returning garment/s back to our head office.
Once Runaway the Label receives your return back to our Head Office please allow up to 2-3 business days for your return to be processed

*any return sent to us that has not been authorised or has not submitted a return will be rejected and sent back to its sender


- When your return is processed you will receive a gift card for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase 
- You will receive an email containing your gift card 
- Gift Cards do not expire 
- Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with Sale Items and sitewide 

Due to high amount of orders, we do not offer exchanges at this time, as we cannot reserve stock. Once you receive your gift card you can use this to repurchase the size, colour or style you are after 

If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a gift card for the full amount of the unwanted item unless the item is deemed to have a fault by our returns team. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments 

If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your garment/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team 

- All returns to be received by our warehouse within 14 days of your return being authorised. 
- International returns will be issued with a gift card once received back to our office.
- Runaway the Label do not cover the cost of returns 
- We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Runaway the Label is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery
